This web resource is dedicated to our local chemotherapy patients.

My goal is to research additional services that may enhance the quality of life for cancer patients in out community.

I would also like to thank our Complementary Therapists in our community, my cohorts and especially my professor Joan Bantz at The Evergreen State College.

Complementary is a term used to describe therapies that supplement the treatment given by your oncologist. Complementary therapies such as arts & music, acupuncture, aromatherapy, vitamins and herbs, exercise, meditation, naturopathy, counseling, healing touch, yoga and spiritual care are examples of complementary therapies that are used alongside medical treatment as part of a wellness lifestyle.
"My lifelong dedication to the medical profession, my years of academic study and my years of practice have provided me with the necessary tools to deliver top-quality care to my patients."
"My education didn't end when I graduated from medical school. Each day, new discoveries are made, new procedures are developed. Not only do my patients appreciate this higher level of care, it also inspires confidence in my ability as a surgeon."
"Early in my training, I worked diligently at learning as much as I could about the many facets of CAM therapies. I knew this would be key to integrating 'eastern' and 'western' medical practices for whom patients would be able to trust."
